Well, this will be easy – there is really only one thing required for you to be able to use Nerds Mail Protection.  Your business or organization needs to have its own domain.  It can be a .com, .org, or .net.  It can be a country domain, such as .ca or .us.  As long as you own and control the domain, we can change the MX records to make the service work.

If you use a service such as gmail, Hotmail, yahoo, aol, or any other email service that is hosted on a domain you do not own, you will not be able to use Nerds Mail Protection.

There are also a few hosting companies, such as Earthlink, 1&1, and a few others that will not allow changes to MX records.  This would prevent you from using Nerds Mail Protection or any other hosted filtering service.  The only solution would be to move to a different hosting provider.

The other requirements are….well, none.  Nada. Zilch. Zip. Zero.  Well, enough of that.  There is no hardware or software to install or configure.  Simple.  Easy.  Smart.  Just the way you like it.
